Leonard Okolienta
President, Board of Directors | Global Igbo Council (GIC)
Leonard Okolienta holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University, West Virginia; a graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Harvard University; a Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategic Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, London; and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
He was the Action Alliance Party’s 2019 governorship candidate in Imo State, Nigeria. As President of GIC’s Board of Directors, Leonard is committed to promoting Igbo cultural heritage, educational advancement, leadership development, and unity across the global Igbo community.
Sir Cosmas Ndulue Emenike
Board Director | Global Igbo Council (GIC)
Sir Cosmas Ndulue Emenike is an entrepreneur, entertainment industry pioneer, and legal professional with a strong background in business and community service. Originally from Nigeria and now residing in Texas, he founded Cvl Technology Ltd, Contech Ventures Ltd, and Cosnoris International Ltd. Through these ventures, he contributed to the production and marketing of Nollywood films and optical disc replication in Nigeria.
He holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. He is also involved in community and charitable organizations, including the Knights of St. Mulumba, Rotary Club, and Catholic Men Organization.
As a Board Director of the Global Igbo Council (GIC), Sir Cosmas is committed to preserving Igbo cultural heritage, strengthening community ties, and supporting educational and leadership initiatives that empower the global Igbo community.
Chrysantus Uzoma

Chrysantus Uzoma is a Software Engineering student at Dallas College with an interest in technology, education, and community development. He is passionate about preserving Igbo cultural heritage and helping strengthen the bonds that unite Igbo people around the world.
As a Board Director of the Global Igbo Council (GIC), Chrysantus is proud to support initiatives that promote education, empower young people, preserve Igbo traditions, and inspire the next generation of leaders. He believes that by embracing our heritage, investing in education, and working together, the global Igbo community can build a stronger future for generations to come.
