A Phased Approach: Matching Program Growth to Available Resources

GIC takes a disciplined, phased approach to program growth. We distinguish between our immediate high-impact priorities (scholarships & community relief), initiatives currently under development (language revival, mentorship, digital archives), and longer-term signature projects (international heritage festivals and global summits).

Honest Governance Commitment: GIC will communicate clearly about what is proposed, what is funded, and what has actually been delivered. We do not represent projected outcomes as achieved results.
